Deposit Policy for Hotels
* A 10% deposit is required at time of booking to confirm your deposit with the balance payable 28 days prior to your arrival, with the exceptions listed below.
* All reservations for four (4) nights or less will be charged a deposit of 100%.
* All reservations for less than $500 US will be charged a deposit of 100%
* All reservations with promotions (i.e. nights free, children free) will be charged a deposit of 100%
* All reservations for lodging during the following holidays and winter months will require 100% payment in full at the time of reservation:
o The weeks including New Years, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas
o The months of February, March and April
o Mexican holidays
Deposit Policy for Condos/Bed and Breakfasts/Private Rentals
* A 50% deposit is required to guarantee your reservation with the balance payable 60 days prior to arrival.
* All reservations for four (4) nights or less will be charged a deposit of 100%.
* All reservations for less than $500 US will be charged a deposit of 100%.
* All reservations with promotions (i.e. nights free, children free) will be charged a deposit of 100%.
* All reservations for lodging during the following holidays and winter months will require 100% payment in full at the time of reservation:
o The weeks including New Years, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas
o The months of February, March and April
o Mexican holidays
Deposits for Golf and Tours
* All tours and golf must be paid for in full at time of reservation.
