We will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your conformation. When we contact you, we will either send you your confirmation, or we will alert you if we need information, or a change due to availability.

One way to expedite a faster confirmation is to make sure your credit card company has been called and alerted that you will be using your credit card in Mexico through PV NET S.A. de C.V /CaboOnline.

For your protection, most credit card companies put a block or a hold on any international charges over a specific amount of money. They ask that you alert them when you plan on charging outside of your home country.

Calling your credit card company right away will help expedite your reservation.

The total amount or deposit amount will be charged to your credit card after you submit your reservation request and a confirmation of reservation will sent to you via email. We will not charge your credit card until we have confirmed availability. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive the confirmation.
