Cancellation Policy for Tours

Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received via Fax or e-mail in our office during normal business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If the refund is acceptable and adheres to the reservation cancellation policies, the credit card will be refunded with the proper amount.


* If you cancel 36 hours before your tour, refund less 5% for Visa or MasterCard and 6% for American Express administration fee.

* If you cancel after 36 hours prior to your tour it is considered “No Show”. There are no refunds available for 'No Show' reservations. Being late, not at departure point, or meeting point, or if you miss the tour completely this is also considered a “No Show”, and there will be no refund.

* Your reservation will not be guaranteed until you have received your official confirmation from CaboOnline, this will be sent to you by email to the email address you provided to us.
