Cancellation Policy for Golf

Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received via Fax or e-mail in our office during normal business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If the refund is acceptable and adheres to the reservation cancellation policies, the credit card will be refunded with the proper amount.


  • If you cancel 36 hours or more before your confirmed Tee Time, you will receive your refund, less 5% for Visa or MasterCard and 6% for American Express administration fee.
  • If you cancel 35 hours or less prior to your tee team it is considered a "No Show". There are no refunds available for "No Shows”.


    • All discounted tee times, including “Our price” and percentage discounts, are non-refundable.

    • Golf packages are non-refundable and course substitutions are not allowed.

    • Tee times can be rescheduled based on availability at the golf course.


  • Your reservation will not be guaranteed until you have received your official confirmation from CaboOnline, this will be sent to you by email to the email address you provided to us.
  • If you start your golf game and get "rained out", the golf club will not reschedule your round of golf nor refund your money. If you feel that it may rain, you should reschedule your golf game before you start.
  • Please be at the golf course 15 minutes early. If you are late for your tee time, the course will not reschedule your game.
