Cancellation Policy for Hotels

Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received via Fax or e-mail in our office during normal business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If the refund is acceptable and adheres to the reservation cancellation policies, the credit card will be refunded with the proper amount. In the event a cancellation becomes necessary: * Reservations for one night are not refundable. * Cancellations made at least 22 days to arrival date will result in a cancellation fee of 5% for Visa and MasterCard charges and 6% for American Express, fee for the total amount of your reservation. * Cancellations made 21 to 8 days prior to arrival date will result in a one night penalty. * Cancellations made seven days or less prior to the date of arrival will result in no refund. * No refunds will be given for checking out early. Special policy for holiday reservations: * Cancellations for any holiday reservation (Christmas, New Year's, Easter, and Thanksgiving weeks, also includes Mexican National Holidays, week of September 16th, Holy week, February 5th, March 21st, and May 5th.) will result in a one night penalty if a cancellation is made sixty one days or more from the date of arrival. * Cancellations for any holiday reservation as stated above will result in no refund if a cancellation is made sixty days or less from the date of arrival. No refunds will be given for checking out earlyghghgh. Security Deposits Some of the properties require a security deposit upon arrival for services not included in accommodations pricing. These may include phone calls, room service, towel deposit, or other services. Please check with the property manager or reservations staff upon arrival for their individual policy. General Information CaboOnline portrays the accommodation properties as they were at the time all contracts were originated with specified properties. Therefore, CaboOnline has no responsibility for the conditions of the rental properties or problems arising there from. CaboOnline cannot be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, misfortune, theft or dissatisfaction of accommodation(s) property. If such a situation should occur, ALL questions or complaints regarding the property must be directed to the onsite property staff or property manager of said property. If you are not satisfied with the actions of the property manager, or need to speak with one of the reservations staff, please contact us right away. Monday- Friday 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM at 01-800-509-9750. Premature departure from accommodation(s) will be treated as forfeited cancellation(s) and no refunds will be administered. All clients are strongly urged to take out adequate traveler's insurance coverage to protect themselves against cancellation due to illness, flight cancellations, or emergencies. In the unfortunate event that a traveler should become ill during vacation or find it necessary to cut the vacation short, all hospital, medical, accommodations and transportation expenses are the traveler's responsibility. After business hours and weekends, please leave a message with our reception staff, and we will contact you as soon as possible.
