Excellant resort staff is outgoing to make your stay enjoyable so much to do but try all food at resort is good but can be expensive.Fiesta at night is a great package.Book activities at resort saves time. T/S presentation was not pushy and not too time consuming thought it was a great deal considering the employees care about where they work.Be back soon.

Stayed in cabo november 2005, Fantastic holiday, locals mostly friendly, lots to see and do, our room was clean and had a great view, first real holiday and was very surprised at the hotel great defentaly going back.

The Perfect Spot

This is the perfect location in Cabo! As an owner, it is so nice to be secluded from the hustle and bustle. Located on a beautiful sandy beach, with amazing views, Villa del Palmar Beach Resort and Spa Cabo San Lucas, is the perfect mix of a party atmosphere and a romantic getaway. The most popular clubs in Cabo are only a short taxi drive away for your nightlife activity. Also, a beautiful short-cut to down town would be walking along the stunning beach. Throughout the length of the beach, you can take a glass bottom water taxi to the main port for a minimal fee, rent wave-runners, or take a break from the sun at one of the many wonderful cantinas. When you have had your fill of the street vender tacos, clubs, popular restaurants, and bars, a short ride by land taxi can get you back to your room in a hurry. There you can relax and unwind in the beautiful beach-front spa, and retire when ever you would like. No matter which way your room faces, you are guaranteed an amazing view. Looking straight out over the ocean is beautiful, and offers stunning sun sets, facing towards the North And South shores allows for a mix of desert and ocean, and facing inland, you are able to see all of Downtown Cabo and the most marvelous sun rises. This was our first trip to Cabo and staying at the Villa del Palmar made it a perfect vacation. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The pool was great, the grounds were beautiful and the whole place was very clean. I would recommend this to everyone. Cabo was perfect!

Room Switch

They put us in a room and we got settled in and were ready to go out and they informed us that put us in the wrong room and made us move. No sorry..nothing. We finally did move and were pleased with the room not as pleased as the one before. I feel once they get your money they feel they can treat you anyway that want.

Very comfortable

I stayed at the VDP for two nights in January 2006. It was very comfortable, and the standard room was very well appointed.
The balcony has a view of the ocean and we could watch the cruise ships come and go.
The service was outstanding without being "too much". Everyone was courtious and very attentive.
You can find anything you need at the onsite market and there is even a cyber cafe to check you email.
